14 Indonesian Students of Ajou University

OK..

I’ve decided to make my blog as a trash bag, where I can throw anything..

Now this is my first writing in English, from which I’d like to test and practice my English capability..

And today’s topic is.. My family in Ajou University, Rep. of Korea..

Now there are 14 Indonesian students here, which consist of 6 graduate students, 2 exchange students, and 6 IT ISIP invitees.. As far as I know, we break the record of Indonesian Students ever study together here.. Now, lets move to a little bit of details..

First person I’d like to introduce to you all is Sidum. He just said a couple days ago that he got his name from his parents because he was born at the time of SIDang UMum.. And what is the english word of SIDANG UMUM? Perhaps, General Meeting or something? Whatever.. Someone should correct me about this later.. Anyway, he is a Master Candidate at Graduate School of International Studies taking International Trade.. He is the most senior among all of us and will return to Indonesia at the end of this year after finishing his thesis, thesis-defence, some revision, etc etc.. Well, the most important thing is the unused cellphone he promised me after all, wkwkwk.. At last but not least, he is a good guy.. With some valuable goods such as rice cooker, mortar and pestle (??), knifes, pans, and the most important, instant cooking spices.. ^^

The second one is.. Noni.. She is also pursuing her master degree at the same school with Sidum.. Having a Bachelor of Laws from Indonesia University, she is a public servant in Industrial Department.. With Sidum and Tine, she gets KOICA Scholarships, which is a lot higher than mine wkwkwk, to continue her study in Ajou University.. A great luck for them, since they become able to know me because of that, lol.. Oh, one more thing about Noni.. Her favorite song is PUPUS, from DEWA, hehe.. Run Fikar Run.. *help*

Third person.. Tine.. She is a diplomat, same with Sidum actually.. Share the room with Noni, they entered the school in Ajou University together, and will leave together I presume.. Well, based on their scholarship period, they are scheduled to finish their study at March 09? CMIIW.. It will be a great loss after all of the seniors gone.. They are all a very kind and warm..

Last for this post, the other graduate student, Mike.. Different than the first three, he is not from GSIS but GSIC.. GSIC stands for Graduate School of Information and Communication I believe.. His scholarship is IITA, which I always try to forget, lol.. His skill of Korean Language is the best among us, because he took 2-level of Korean Language Course in Ajou Language Center.. And now he is taking another class, Intermediate Korean Language.. Err, what? You asked me his hobby? Well, reading papers? *thinking*

That’s all for now.. I will tell you all about the other students next time.. Well, another data about them, Sidum is graduated from UGM and we usually call him with ‘mas’.. Noni is from UI, as I told you, and we call him with ‘kak’.. Tine from Unpad, and we call him ‘teh’.. Mike ITB, and called by ‘bang’..
